Case Study
Naan Culture
A story-driven web application for a Winnipeg fusion-naan brand, built on Next.js with a Sanity CMS and integrated online ordering and gift cards. Page loads dropped under two seconds and local search visibility climbed.
The Challenge
Naan Culture launched in Winnipeg with a strong idea: bold, globally-inspired fillings stuffed in fresh-baked naan, built around a story of Canadian cultures coming together. A brand that specific cannot live on a generic template. They needed a site that told the story, loaded fast enough to hold a hungry visitor, drove online orders, and let a small non-technical team update the menu, hours, and promotions themselves.
The Solution
I built a custom Next.js web application with Sanity as the content backend, so the team can change menu items, hours, and gallery images on their own without a developer. The storefront integrates iOrders for online ordering and GoSnappy for gift cards, connecting the marketing site directly to revenue. Everything is mobile-first, because that is where the hungry local searches happen, and tuned for local SEO so the brand shows up when nearby customers look for something to eat.
