GTU Result Analysis
A result-intelligence platform that turns Gujarat Technological University's bulk exam CSVs into instant, actionable analytics for faculty. It replaced hours of manual spreadsheet work with reports that surface subject weak spots and at-risk students in seconds.
The Challenge
GTU publishes semester results as large, unwieldy CSV files. Faculty and heads of department were spending hours per exam cycle pulling those files into spreadsheets by hand, building pass-rate tables, and hunting for patterns. By the time a report was ready, the window to actually help a struggling student or fix a weak subject had often closed. The data existed; the insight did not.
The Solution
I built a result-intelligence platform where faculty upload a GTU result CSV and get a full analytical picture back in seconds. The app parses the file in under five seconds, then generates the reports decision-makers actually need: pass-rate breakdowns, subject-level failure heatmaps, class rankings, and automatic detection of at-risk students with an export ready for counseling. It is built for HODs and faculty, not students, so every view answers a question an educator is trying to make a decision about.
